The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior HR role with a strong emphasis on business analysis and recruitment sales. You should possess excellent leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments to achieve business goals. An advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, along with certifications such as SHRM or PHR.
