Data Protection Attorney Position We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Data Protection Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data privacy laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and guidance on data protection laws and regulations. Review and draft data protection policies, procedures, and agreements. Conduct internal data protection compliance audits and assessments. Assist in responding to data breaches and privacy incidents. Stay up-to-date on changes in data protection laws and regulations. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar. Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing data protection law. Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience in drafting and negotiating data protection provisions in commercial contracts.
