We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product management with experience in one or more of the following areas: SaaS, UCaaS, telecom, CRM, integration marketplaces, channel partners, managed service providers, and billing systems. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing our product strategy to meet the evolving needs of our customers and drive the success of our products in the market. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Collaborate with senior product management and cross-functional teams to develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the relevant industries. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Product Development: Manage the end-to-end product development process, including defining user stories, creating product specifications, and collaborating with engineering teams. Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives. Product Launch: Coordinate product launches and ensure successful product adoption by customers and partners. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product features to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Revenue Growth: Drive product revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and optimizing pricing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA is a plus). 5+ years of experience in product management with a strong track record of delivering successful products. Experience in one or more of the following industries: SaaS, UCaaS, telecom, CRM, integration marketplaces, channel partners, managed service providers, and billing systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
