Key Responsibilities Reach out to potential leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Qualify leads and gather relevant information to understand their needs. Present product/service offerings to potential clients and address any inquiries they may have. Follow up with leads and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Experience with CRM software is a must.
