You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet all specifications, budgets, and deadlines. Your expertise in Building Architecture will be crucial in designing innovative and sustainable structures that comply with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all phases of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. 2. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. 3. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government officials to ensure that all designs and construction meet regulatory standards. 4. Prepare technical documentation, including reports, drawings, specifications, and contracts. 5. Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create, edit, and manage project documentation, ensuring all records are accurately maintained. 6. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. 7. Provide leadership and guidance to junior engineers and support their professional development. 8. Lead project meetings and communicate project status updates to all stakeholders. 9. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. 10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, methodologies, and technologies for enhanced project outcomes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. - Professional Engineer (PE) licensure. - At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering and project management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project. - Strong understanding of building architecture principles and practices. - Excellent technical documentation skills. - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
