Your expertise will play a pivotal role in evaluating and mitigating risks, ensuring our compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and driving our overall risk management strategy. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough credit risk analysis to assess the financial health of potential clients and partners. Utilizing your proficiency in Microsoft Excel to create sophisticated risk models, conduct sensitivity analyses, and generate insightful reports. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Leading efforts to ensure compliance with AML regulations, including identifying and reporting suspicious activities, developing robust AML policies, and conducting training sessions for staff. Developing and maintaining comprehensive risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures. Leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Word to create well-structured documents, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate risk assessments and recommendations to senior management. Monitoring and analyzing industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to keep our organization ahead of potential threats. Mentoring and guiding junior analysts, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CAMS) is a plus. Proven experience in credit risk analysis, risk management, and AML compliance within the financial services industry. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex models and utilize advanced functions. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting purposes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
