About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director with a strong background in copywriting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing people and leading creative teams, particularly within an agency setting, and having worked with clients from the Financial ecossystem. They will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of creative concepts across various media, developing all necessary contend and ensuring that all content aligns with the overall vision and goals of our clients. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the creative team. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Assist in leading and mentoring the team to achieve creative excellence. Creative Direction and Concept Development: Create and develop concepts for various campaigns and projects. Develop compelling concepts. Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards and aligns with the client’s vision. Content Development: Develop content for radio, commercials, social, events and other medias. Review and refine concepts to maximize their potential and effectiveness. Write and conceptualize key visuals and other creative elements. Production Management: Provide clear and effective briefs to voice actors, commercial producers, and other collaborators. Oversee the production process to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Market Understanding: Understand and analyze target audiences and consumer behavior. Maintain a macro understanding of the end consumer to guide creative decisions. Ensure all creative work resonates with the target market and achieves strategic objectives. Qualifications Proven experience as a Creative Director with a strong background in copywriting. Experience in leading and managing creative teams within an agency setting. Expertise in developing and executing content for various media, including radio, social and commercials. Strong conceptual thinking and ability to develop compelling creative concepts. Excellent leadership skills. Deep understanding of target audience and consumer behavior.
