Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must as you'll be creating detailed reports, managing spreadsheets, and coordinating schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain our eCommerce platform, including product listings, updates, and inventory management. - Provide exceptional customer service through timely and professional responses to inquiries and issues. - Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals. - Perform general administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. - Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. - Conduct market research and analyze data to support strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive and streamlined operations.
