We are an NGO seeking a talented Content Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in advancing our mission through effective content creation, management, and distribution. The Content Manager will be responsible for developing, curating, and disseminating compelling and impactful content that resonates with our target audience, drives engagement, and supports our advocacy efforts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our mission and objectives. Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms, including the website, social media, newsletters, and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, stories, and data to create engaging content. Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery. Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and storytelling. Ensure all content adheres to branding and messaging guidelines. Support fundraising efforts by creating compelling content that highlights the impact of donations. Engage with the NGO's community and stakeholders to gather stories, testimonials, and feedback. Implement SEO strategies to improve the NGO's online visibility and reach. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in content creation and management, preferably in the non-profit sector. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in multimedia content creation, including graphic design and video editing. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for social and environmental causes.
