We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative and Accounting Assistant to join our team at our offices in Mexico City. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in managing accounting tasks, payroll, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. We are looking for a candidate with over 5 years of experience in both administrative and accounting responsibilities, with Intemediate English language skills. Responsibilities: Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. Manage the payment and settlement of employee salaries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Conduct thorough reviews of the financial balance and assist in the preparation of financial reports. Handle accounts payable and receivable processes. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Qualifications: Over 5 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles. Intemediate English language skills (both written and verbal). Strong knowledge and expertise in payroll processing and accounting tasks. Familiarity with financial software and tools. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Requirements: Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in payroll processing and financial statement analysis. Proficiency in relevant accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic office environment. Benefits: Competitive salary within the range of $1700 - $1900 USD per month. Full-time on-site employment in Mexico City.
