We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst for a full-time, hybrid position in the vibrant city of Buenos Aires. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience, with a strong background in Financial Companies. Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide valuable insights for business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements. Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain reports and dashboards. Conduct SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases. Work with CRM systems to enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities. Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices in Business Intelligence. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, with a focus on Financial Companies. 3+ years of experience with Power Bi/Google Data Studio Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Solid experience in conducting SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. Familiarity with CRM systems for data management. Intermediate English proficiency (desirable). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. Salary: Competitive monthly salary ranging from $1200 to $1500 USD.
