We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the product development, promotion and growth of our online course platform through social media channels. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product and marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong blend of product management expertise, business acumen, and content-driven marketing initiatives, akin to the proficiency demonstrated by individuals like Andres, who have excelled in developing digital product platforms. Key Responsibilities: Platform Development Oversight: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, and engineering to drive the evolution and enhancement of our online course platform. Champion the integration of user feedback and market insights into the platform's development roadmap. Product Management Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between marketing and product teams, advocating for user-centric features and enhancements that align with market demands. Analyze user data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the platform's user experience. Business Ownership and Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making and positioning of the platform. Collaborate with senior management to establish and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Content-Driven Marketing Initiatives: Lead the development and execution of content marketing strategies tailored to various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to increase brand visibility and drive user engagement. Lead the creation of compelling content assets including blog posts, videos, webinars, and infographics to educate and inspire our target audience. Social Media Strategy Execution: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the technology or e-learning industry. Demonstrated expertise in product management principles and practices, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products or platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating compelling content. Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms, as well as experience in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns. Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
