Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing corporate event decorations, managing vendors and budgets, and creating renders and mockups to ensure that every event is executed to the highest standards. This role requires a creative mind with a keen eye for detail and the ability to bring concepts to life through visual representation. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements. Develop creative concepts for event decorations that align with client objectives and brand identities. Source and manage vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Prepare and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions. Create renders and mockups of event spaces, incorporating proposed decorations and layouts to provide clients with a visual representation of the final product. Work closely with production teams to ensure seamless execution of event designs, providing guidance and support as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve event design capabilities. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients and vendors. Requirements: Proven experience in event design and decoration, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts and successful implementations. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D rendering tools. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. Experience with below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities is a must. Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts, event management, or related field preferred.
