This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth in the Brazilian market. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and target key prospects within the financial sector, especially banks, in Brazil. Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and present tailored data solutions that address their challenges and objectives. Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Leverage market insights and industry knowledge to stay ahead of trends and competitive dynamics, positioning our company as a trusted advisor and preferred partner. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional value to clients. Actively contribute to the refinement of sales strategies, processes, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: 10+ years of proven success in sales, preferably within the financial services industry and with a focus on selling data or tech solutions. Strong network and established relationships within the Brazilian banking ecosystem, with a track record of driving revenue growth through direct sales. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build compelling business cases. Highly motivated and results-driven, with a hunger for success and a proactive mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a hands-on approach and a willingness to take initiative.
