Position Overview: As an Administrative & Customer Service Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions while delivering outstanding service to our customers. This position requires a blend of administrative expertise, customer-centric communication skills, and a background in accounting or administration. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Manage administrative tasks. Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking. Support financial reporting by preparing basic financial documents and reconciling accounts. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management. Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve customer service experiences. Requirements: Proven experience (1-3 years) in administrative support and customer service roles. Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills. Background in accounting, finance, or administration preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues. Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
