Position Overview: You will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies to accelerate revenue, amplify brand visibility, and nurture client relationships. Your role will involve leveraging market dynamics, customer insights, and emerging trends to optimize our marketing endeavors. This position demands a blend of strategic acumen, innovative thinking, and a keen grasp of sales-driven marketing principles. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Revenue Growth: Develop and implement robust marketing strategies aligned with revenue objectives to drive product adoption and market expansion. Brand Positioning: Define and enrich our product positioning and brand strategy to establish a unique market presence and cultivate a compelling brand narrative. Client Engagement: Harness market research, customer feedback, and data analytics to understand client needs, preferences, and behaviors, ensuring tailored marketing approaches. Go-to-Market Excellence: Collaborate across functions to orchestrate impactful product launches and feature rollouts that resonate with target audiences. Holistic Campaign Leadership: Lead the ideation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels (digital, social, email, events) to fuel customer acquisition and retention. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze KPIs, such as conversion rates and ROI, to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness. Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to seize growth opportunities and address market gaps proactively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record (+3 years) in product marketing, brand management, or similar roles, ideally within the startup ecosystem. Strong analytical prowess, adept at translating data insights into actionable strategies. Exceptional project management skills with a knack for prioritization and meeting deadlines. Proficiency in digital marketing, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in English.
