Company Overview: We are a leading LaaS company with a strong presence in Latin America, and seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team and drive growth in the region. Position Overview: As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving revenue, negotiating contracts, and developing strategic business relationships in the Latin American market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize account growth and retention. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base in Latin America. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Qualifications: Proven track record (+3 years) in SaaS sales, preferably in Latin American markets. Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for account management and pipeline tracking. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
