We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to oversee the social media platforms of a personal brand and a women's self-discovery tool brand. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute content strategies for the brands' social media platforms, aligned with the values, mission, and target audience. 2. Create content calendars and schedule posts to maintain an active and consistent presence on social media. 3. Produce original and engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and other multimedia formats, to increase audience engagement. 4. Monitor and proactively respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media, encouraging interaction and building relationships with the community. 5. Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to evaluate the success of social media strategies, making recommendations to optimize performance. 6. Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media and creatively apply them to enhance brand visibility and reach. Requirements: 1. Previous experience in social media management, preferably for brands focused on personal development, women's empowerment, or similar goals. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. 3. Solid knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and experience in managing paid digital advertising on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and others. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Creativity, ability to generate innovative ideas, and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of the online community. 6. Attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret data and performance metrics.
