Sales & Retention Key Account Manager We are currently looking for a Sales & Retention Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction. Help deliver the service to the client, joining the Ops team on finding the ideal talents to connect with the company. Implement strategies to increase client retention and reduce churn rate. Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Analyze data to track client engagement and identify areas for improvement. Provide excellent customer service and support to key accounts. Requirements Proven experience in sales or key account management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients. Experience in analyzing data and identifying trends. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
