We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Dynamic Brand & Community Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Virtual Assistance, Social Media Marketing, Community Management, Brand Marketing, and Event Management to craft and amplify our brand's voice across multiple digital platforms. As a core team member, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative strategies that enhance our brand awareness, drive community engagement, and contribute to the overall success of our events and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage comprehensive social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc. - Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other similar community sites or blogs. - Monitor trends in social media tools, trends, and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media at our company. - Use virtual platforms to streamline communication processes, manage schedules, and organize online events that align with our brand's objectives. - Spearhead the organization and execution of events, both virtual and physical, ensuring they are successful, adhere to our brand’s standards, and leave a lasting impact on attendees. - Build and maintain our content distribution network by way of social media channels. - Monitor and engage in brand-related online conversations and attend networking events or relevant industry workshops. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages. The ideal candidate should have a proactive work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the impacts of social media on brands. You should also be adept at managing multiple projects at once, always seeking to optimize both community engagement and brand reputation. Prior experience in a communications or marketing role is strongly preferred.
