Free The Freela SAS (also referred to as “Free The Freela”, “We” and the “Platform”), actively works to ensure the security and protection of your data. We don't sell your information and want to establish a transparent relationship with you.

When you create an account or use Free The Freela’s platform, software or services, you are fully and unreservedly agreeing to all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

2.1. 4.4 You hereby acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your login and password to access Free The Freela, information of a strictly confidential nature. Consequently, you undertake not to inform and / or disclose, whether intentionally or unintentionally, such information to third parties, and accept that will be solely responsible for the use of said information. 

4.5 You acknowledge and accept that Free The Freela is authorized to provide your registration information to the competent public authorities that formally request it, under the terms of the legislation in force.
