Free The Freela SAS (also referred to as “Free The Freela”, “We” and the “Platform”), actively works to ensure the security and protection of your data. We don't sell your information and want to establish a transparent relationship with you.

When you create an account or use Free The Freela’s platform, software or services, you are fully and unreservedly agreeing to all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any condition set forth you must not use the Platform or Free The Freela services.

1. General requirements

1.1. Free The Freela processes the personal data of its users in accordance with Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018 (General Personal Data Protection Law – “LGPD”), and other international standards.

1.8 We may share your information with companies or individuals belonging to the same economic group of which Free The Freela is a part of the performance of its activities, provided that such companies or individuals treat the information that allows the identification of the User in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. 2.1. We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us or share with other users, as well as certain technical information that is automatically collected by our systems, such as your IP address and browser information that allows us to provide you with a better user experience and more personalized browsing. Such information is collected when you register on the platform, purchase or offer a service, make a payment, fill in a form or browse the website.

2.2. The information you choose to post on the site (including, but not limited to, photos, videos, text, music, reviews, deliverables) is no longer private, as is any information posted online.

We may use your information to contact you; or to put you in contact with other Users to which you are linked, in order to achieve the interaction inherent to the purposes of Free The Freela, as well as virtual social networks, subject to the respective conditions and functionalities stipulated in the licenses to which they hold. 
 3.3. You may choose not to receive further emails from the platform by unsubscribing through the unsubscribe link available at the end of each email.

3.4 ​​With your consent, we or our service providers can send notifications to your mobile device to provide you with updates and other relevant messages. You can adjust the types of notifications you receive and when you receive them by editing your notification settings.

3. General Provisions

4.1. Your personal information may be stored on systems around the world and may be processed by third-party service providers acting on our behalf. 4.3 Free The Freela makes all reasonable effort to keep your data protected, however is not responsible for any damages arising exclusively from the fault of third parties, as in the case of an attack by hackers or crackers, or when the User is solely responsible, as in the case where the User transfers his data to third parties or exposes his personal data to third parties.

4.4 You hereby acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your login and password to access Free The Freela, information of a strictly confidential nature. Consequently, you undertake not to inform and / or disclose, whether intentionally or unintentionally, such information to third parties, and accept that will be solely responsible for the use of said information. 

4.5 You acknowledge and accept that Free The Freela is authorized to provide your registration information to the competent public authorities that formally request it, under the terms of the legislation in force.

 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, change or otherwise update this Privacy Policy at any time, especially to adapt it to the new regulations of the Data Protection Laws. We will notify you of material changes to this Privacy Policy by email. By continuing to use Free The Freela after receiving the notification about these changes, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and accepted the changes.
